This site gives general information about how the agency helps with Marketplace health insurance: enrollment, renewal and the changes that come up during the year. It is not a quote or an offer of a plan. The options are reviewed with you, with real Marketplace pricing, and the decision is yours.
We are not the government
CH Insurance LLC is not HealthCare.gov and is not a federal or state government agency. Yudeisy Chaviano is an independent, licensed insurance agent.

Before any personal information is reviewed, you receive a consent form by email (or on paper, if you do not want email) and sign it. Nothing moves forward without that signature.
